Cancellations and Refund

1 Cancellation Policy

All reservations are non-refundable. Any cancellations received within 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the reservation payment. Failure to arrive at the property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value.

4 Early Check-in and Extensions

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and will incur a charge of PHP 1,000 per hour.

5 Check-in Process

Our Caretakers will meet and assist you with Check-in Process. If late Check-in, we will give you the code for the gate of the villa for self check-in.

6 Check-out Process

Our Staff will perform final checks for cleanliness.

Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the responsible party.

Dirty dishes must be washed before leaving. A fee of P1,000 if dishes are not washed at the time of Check out.

Payment

1 Downpayment and Balance

For Direct Bookings:

We require at least 50% down payment of the booking value before we reserve your date.

Balance must be payed upon arrival. Failure to pay upon arrival can terminate your reservation.

Rules and Regulations

1 POOL
  • No jumping, running and horseplaying.
  • Confetti and other decorations that may dirty the pool are strictly prohibited. A fine of ₱5,000 will be imposed for any violations.
  • No foods and drinks inside the pool.
  • The management and owners of Tanawan Haven are not accountable for any accidents. Please watch your own children in the pool and refrain from getting drunk while using the pool.
2 ROOMS
  • No smoking inside the rooms
  • Stain on linens is prohibited
  • New Tattoos and Hennas are not allowed in beds. Keep the space clean.
  • Eating and drinking inside the room is prohibited
  • Pets are not allowed inside the rooms.
3 KARAOKE / MUSIC
  • The use of the karaoke is permitted from 9 am until 10 pm only.
  • After 10 pm, kindly minimize any loud sounds that may disturb the neighbors. Thank you for your consideration.
  • We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if they are rude, causing disturbance and harm to others, or intentionally disrespecting the owners, management, and the premises.
4 Party
  • We strictly prohibit the use of any illegal drugs on our premises. Any such activity will be reported to the police.
  • Alcohol usage is to be moderate. Please refrain from becoming intoxicated to the extent that it may cause damage to the premises.
5 PETS
  • Pets are allowed with a cleaning fee of ₱500.00 for up to 2 pets.
  • Pets must be in diapers while inside the premises.
  • No pets are allowed inside the bedrooms due to the possibility of fur residue, which may affect other guests who could be allergic.
6 KITCHEN
  • We provide utensils, cookware, and equipment for guests’ use. Kindly wash the dishes before leaving. please normalize Clay go.
  • Any broken or lost utensils will incur charges to the guest.
  • Kindly exercise caution when cooking. In case of an emergency or fire, there is a fire extinguishers available in the facility for your safety. Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused.

1 Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if they are rude, causing disturbance and harm to others, or intentionally disrespecting the owners, management, and the premises.

2 Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage and lost items inside the villa or property during the stay. Failure to pay may result in legal process.

3 Lost Items

“We are not responsible for any lost items. If any items are found, we will contact you and hold them for up to 7 days. Any unclaimed items after 7 days will be disposed of.”

4 Prohibited Activities

We strictly prohibit the use of any illegal drugs on our premises. Any such activity will be reported to the police.

5 Accidents

We are not held responsible for any accident that may incur during your stay. Please watch your children at all times. Do not be too intoxicated to prevent accidents and damage.
