CANCELLATION POLICY
This booking is strictly nonrefundable. Any requests for rescheduling received within 14 days prior to the arrival date cannot be accommodated. Failure to arrive at the property will be treated as a no-show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking down payment value. Any calamities or circumstances that arise will be subject to the discretion of the owner.
